Tokyo based design studio YOY have created ‘Canvas’, two-dimensional paintings that double up as furniture.
The pictures are screen printed onto an elastic fibre canvas before being mounted onto a frame. The piece works when the frame is leaned against a wall, stretching when weight is applied to the canvas, genius!
