AMV BBDO pushes the snickers ‘you’re not you when you’re hungry’ campaign in a whole new direction. Teaming up with google the agency found a way to advertise using the search engine. The campaign works on the idea that you’re off your game when you’re hungry, with this in mind the agency used an algorithm to identify commonly misspelled words, when the search engine offers up the correct spelling it attaches a tailored ad message encouraging the user to grab a snickers and be on their game. Genius!!!
